Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are limited to circumstances where:

1. You are completely unable to access our services due to technical issues on our end after payment, AND

2. Our support team has been unable to resolve the access issue within 48 hours of your written complaint.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that we do NOT provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with service features
  • Non-usage of services
  • Partial service access issues
  • Similar services available at lower prices elsewhere
  • Any reason other than complete inability to access our services

  3. Describe the access issues you're experiencing
  4. Allow our technical team 48 hours to resolve the issue
  5. If the issue remains unresolved after 48 hours, we will process your refund


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
